By the information of the apartment on your site, i cannot read that the apartment is on the third floor ( 6 stairs) of the building without elevator. We are 67/69 years, for us it was no problem, but it can be a problem if you suppose that it is on the groundfloor or first floor because there is no information .
It is a perfect stay for visiting Verona, close to the centre .
