B&b is situated in Cannaregio , Venice's most lively area, in a typical 15th cent. little house in 3 levels. It is near Tintoretto's house, the Jewish Ghetto, Campo dei Mori, Cammelli's Palace, Madonna dell'Orto's church and typical little restaurants open till late (12' from the railway station and 15' from Rialto).
The house, completely restored and well furnished, offers all the modern comforts in a relaxing and warm atmosphere.
Our b&b is on the 1st floor of the house and includes a double room (but may be also single room on request) with inside a 3rd bed, air conditioning, TV, mosquitos net and internet possibility, a 10 sq.metres bathroom with phon, shower and bath-tub, a wide sitting room with Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dining room and little kitchen for breakfast.
It is possible to reserve cultural and gastronomic tours. Touristic assistance and psychological consultation at disposal oìf our guests to assure them a total wellness.
English, French and German spoken.
Two cats live in the house.
Reservations accepted for a maximum of three nights.

 We had a great stay in Venezia and got lot of advices from the lady of our B&B. We had enough space, everything was very clean and the area we stayed is recommandable for everyone who don't want to swim in the tourist-stream about San Marco.

By car you arrive till P.le Roma terminal, where you find paying parking. Then take public boat ACTV-Vela, n.1, direction Rialto-S-Marco, till S.Marcuola stop.

By train out of the station turn left along 'Lista di Spagna' till 'Strada Nova' and ' Cinema Italia' then turn left till fondamenta Misericordia. Or take public boat n.1 till S.Marcuola stop.
