The apartment is located in a beautiful old Venetian building right the heart of Venice: the "Castello" charming palace dating back to the sixteenth century, located exactly in Campo Ruga, just 5 minutes walk to the nearest vaporetto stop "Giardini" (Biennale area). This beautiful apartment has one double bedroom with bathroom, living room with sofa bed, sofa bed, TV, HiFi system, air conditioning, central heating. Kitchen area fully equipped. The price does not include breakfast and guests have free access to the kitchen. The magical Venetian morning can be enjoyed simply by looking out the typical Venetian windows called “altane “with wonderful view over Venice, its domes and its steeples. For arrivals after 11:00 p.m a 40 euro extra has to be paid directly to the owner.

Wonderful appartment in a quieter but very pretty part of Venice. We were five people and had lots of space. Very good standard and extremely nice hosts - make sure to brush up your Italian! Recommend!

Our apartment was very clean and the owner was very helpful but the hot water didnt work for the first day and the tv was not available to guests.We requested sheets for the fold out bed but these were not provided. No wifi available.
