Located within a restructured villa (2009) the B&B offers a functional and welcoming ambiance that thanks to its strategic location distinguishes itself for convenient public transportation, market, hospital and private parking. Beyond its vicinity to Venice travelers should not forget it is in a priveleged position from which destinations such as Treviso, Padova, the Brenta river, Castelfranco and other splendid art cities in the Veneto hinterlands can be easily reached (by car or public transportation). Available to guests are 3 large and bright double rooms, a long hall, a bathroom, terrace and garden for having breakfast or simply relaxing. The B&B is equiped with air conditioning, TV, wifi internet and laundry service. The area where it is located is tranquil and quiet, surrounded by small family estates far from the traffic of the suburbs and close to the large pedestrian zone of the historic center. Last but not least there is also an ample outdoor space with playground and the possibility of hosting pets which can be left loose in the B&B while guests dedicate themselves to their excursions. This B & B is very convenient for busses into Venice and had a nice, simple restaurant next door. We enjoyed our stay with Paolo and his assistant Ludmilla.
