New and charming apartment, with modern interiors on the ground floor of a building situated just a few steps from the picturesque street “Via Garibaldi”, with all its shops, supermarket and daily markets, and from “Giardini” (where the Venice Arts Festival and the Biennale take place). St Mark’s Square is just 15 minutes walking distance from this apartment, and at the same time in few minutes it is possible to reach the Lido island’s beaches.
The entrance of the apartment is directly on the exclusive courtyard furnished with a table for 6 people. Bright and functional, the apartment is composed by a living room, in which is situated a double sofabed, with a modern white kitchenette (4 gas hobs, microwave oven, a large fridge, washing machine); two bedrooms, one double which can be split on twins, and one twins; a bath with shower.
Indipendent heating.
Welcoming service at the nearest vaporetto boat stop (from 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm)
For arrivals after 07:00 pm a supplement fee of 30.00 euro is request.
Final cleaning (compulsory) to be paid locally: 45 euro.
Using the sofa bed has a supplement fee of 20.00 euros per night

 Il manquait de la vaisselle; bols pour le petit déjeuner et verres à vin.
Pas assez de chaises aussi.
Remarque par rapport à la clareté qui serait meilleure si les fenêtres de la cuisine et de la salle de bain étaient dégagées de la verdure.

Se cobra 45€ por la limpieza del apartamento, pero no da esa sensacion, ya que las telarañas y la suciedad en el suelo estaban presentes.

Avons été très satisfaits de l'accueil.
Dans la maison, il nous a juste manqué quelques petites choses, pour cuisiner les accessoires sont à minima (pas de saladier, pas de tire bouchon...et quelques autres détails) Il faut dire que nous étions six.
Nous reviendrons certainement un jour prochain.

Les points faibles:
- une pièce très froide au RC sur du carrelage, aucun tapis.
- Vaisselle un peu insuffisante: une cafetière 2 tasses pour 4 personnes pour le petit dej.
Les points forts:
- bonne literie, calme, proximité des commerces.
