Luxurious apartment in a 16th century historical building context, enriched with original “affreschi” , furnished with design minimalist and functional, in the heart of the city, in a easy-in position but in a typical contest, 2 minutes walking from St. Mark’s square.
The apartment is composed by a wide living area with kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, electrical oven, fridge), 2 double rooms, one double and one twins, two bathrooms, both with shower.
Independent heating and air conditioned.
Welcoming service at the nearest vaporetto boat stop (from 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm)
For arrivals after 07:00 pm a supplement fee of 30.00 euro is request.
Final cleaning (compulsory) to be paid locally: 45 euro.

 Accueil et service parfaits, bel appartement, 2 chambres très confortables, cuisine très pratique
Sanitaires un peu exigus, tabourets dans la salle à manger peu confortables, peu de luminosité en général (mais pas gênant si vous êtes venus pour visiter Venise !)
