Just renowed apartment, in a nice position, at the first floor of a building located a stone-throw from the pictoresque street “Via Garibaldi”, with all its shops, supermarket and daily markets, and from “Giardini” (where the Venice Arts Festival and the Biennale take place). St Mark’s Square is just 15 minutes walking distance from this apartment, and at the same time in few minutes it is possible to reach the Lido island’s beaches.
The apartment is composed by a living room, with wooden beams and an original bowindow, with a fully equipped kitchinette (4 gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine); 2 twin bedrooms (which beds could be joined); one bathroom with shower.
Indipendent heating.
Welcoming service at the nearest vaporetto boat stop (from 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm)
For arrivals after 07:00 pm a supplement fee of 30.00 euro is request.
Final cleaning (compulsory) to be paid locally: 45 euro.
