At the 3rd floor of a XIII century historical palazzo, this apartment has a great view on the lively Via Garibaldi and on the Bacino of San Marco. In few minutes it is possible to reach the Giardini of Biennale, where the Biennale of Art and Architecture takes place, the Lido island’s beaches or the monumental area of Venice,San Marco’ square and Rialto Bridge. At the same time, walking around the narrow calli of Castello, it will be possible to taste the real Venetian life, from the daily market shopping to the children playing in the small campos up to the evening spritz with the typical “cicchetti” of meat and fish.
The apartment, bright and welcoming, is composed by a wide living room with dining area, a living-in fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and another room that could be use like a sitting area or like a bedroom thanks to the double sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The wooden floors and the ceiling beams, with simple but functional furniture, make this apartment a charming place to go back after a long touring day.

Welcoming service at the nearest vaporetto boat stop (from 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm)

Situation très agréable dans Venise mais la vue promise n'est visible qu'en se penchant beaucoup à la fenêtre.
Point noir: la qualité de la literie, nous avons dû mettre les matelas par terre pour réussir à dormir, tant ils sont mous. Et, pourquoi la 3ème personne occupant un appartement pouvant en accueillir 5, ne peut-elle pas avoir droit à un vrai lit et non un lit de camp?
Mais l'impression générale est bonne, le confort nécessaire en voyage parfait, et l'accueil efficace et chaleureux.
