The B&B is situated in the heart of Venice just a few steps away from Saint Mark’s Square and 5 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge.
The structure, located on the first floor of an elegant building of the 17th Century, has been completely restored in all respects to provide a pleasant and relaxing environment.
Close to major historical monuments including Saint Mark’s Basilica, Palazzo Ducale, the Bridge of Sighs and the Basilica of San Giovanni e Paolo, B&B welcomes you to a young and dynamic atmosphere, with warm hospitality. The pleasant and informal rooms make it the ideal place for an enjoyable, romantic holiday in the most beautiful city in the world.
The B&B is very well maintained and offers to its guests various charming rooms, some overlooking a lovely courtyard, others with beautiful views over characteristic canals.

The three rooms are very bright and spacious: two double rooms, that can also be twin bedded, with the possibility to add a third bed (please contact call center for assistence) and a triple room composed by one double bed (it can be used also as twin bedded room) plus a double sofa bed, useful for a fourth person (please contact the call center for assistance).
They have elegant and comfortable furniture with TV LED, free WiFi, electronic safety-box, individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
Two shared bathrooms completely restored are available to guests, one with a shower, one with a bath. In both there is a hairdryer, linen and towel warmer.
The Italian breakfast buffet is served in a bright room where you have access a large kitchen too, with everything you need to prepare hot drinks and the use of the fridge in complete freedom.
