Our house is a typical Venetian residence adjacent to the oldest palazzo on the Grand Canal, Ca' Da Mosto. Located in a quiet area but also very central, we are only a five minute walk to the Rialto bridge. The room is furnished in a refined way but respectful of the characteristic architecture of the house. The dedicated space for our guests is on the upper floor of our house in an area that comprises a bedroom with a large matrimonial bed, a sofa, a television with satellite reception, a roof view, and a private bathroom (with shower). From the studio, you can access a terrace, called an "altana," where you can enjoy the sun and a splendid panorama of the city. At your request, you can use the kitchen. We also provide use of the internet (for a small fee) and will arrange the acquisition of tickets for events, theater, concerts, museums, guided tours, either walking or on a boat. Our motto "On vacation in our house," suggests that we are dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our guests.

Nous avons énormément apprécié ces trois jours passés dans cette chambre romantique sous les toits de Venise. La gentillesse de nos hôtes était grande, ils ont même pensé à nous quand ils ont eu des billets pour un concert à la Fenice. Cette parenthèse dans la grisaillle de l'automne nous a fait du bien.

Un logement tres agreable en plein centre de Venise, a 5 minutes a pieds du Rialto. Une chambre claire et propre situee juste sous les combles et une tres belle vue de la ville de la terrasse. La gentillesse des propietaires a ajoute au charme de l'endroit. Hautement recommande.

We would have appreciated more interaction with our host as what we did have with her was quite good. Also, as with lots of places in Italy, the breakfast was barely adequate and what there was was not great quality apart from the yogurt.

One excellent feature of the place is the roof-top terrace that overlooks the city - very pleasant.

This B&B is really only suitable for people who are in good condition as you must carry your bags up 59 stairs to the unit and then up a very narrow spiral staircase of 16 steps to the actual area for guests.

Muy recomendable. Cerca de San Marco y de Fondamenta Nova, en un sitio tranquilo.
Quizás és un poco difícil de encontrar en la primera vez, pero es solo descubrirlo
