A gracious apartment located in Venice near the train station and Piazzale Roma in the Rio Marin area famed for its romantic serenades and an ideal location for anyone searching for tranquility and comfort. The apartment has an independent entrance from private garden, room with cooking corner and queen size sofa bed, a large double room, bath room with shower, air conditioning and TV. It’s perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can host guests with mobility issues as there are no stairs.
The reservation is an apartment and not expected to breakfast but the kitchenette is Ok to cook all food. The apartment is provided bed linen and towels.
The Guests have exclusive use of: the check in is between 12.00 and 19.00. Is necessary to communicate your arrival time in the absence of communication will be agreement between the 18.00 and 19.00. Beyond 19.00 hours and up to 24 you can get by paying an extra of 25 Euros.
The check out must be within 11 a.m.
Not being required to pay any deposit or final cleaning of the apartment, please the apartment must be returned clean with linens folded and stacked.

Comoda la posizione, il necessario per star bene non è certo mancato: letto adeguato, frigo, fornelli, tv funzionanti...salvo l'aria condizionata, peraltro inutile dato il buon microclima naturale. Quel che porta verso il basso la valutazione è l'arredo che appare un po' troppo datato, e messo insieme su criteri di pura funzionalità senza considerazioni estetiche apparenti.
