Beautiful newly renovated 90 sqm apartment located on the Giudecca island overlooking the lagoon near the famous Hotel Cipriani.
The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and consists of a double bedroom with king size bed, a bedroom with a queen, a bathroom, kitchen, small balcony and a spacious living room with views over the islands of Lido Island of Grace and St. Clement.
The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, TV with Sky decoder and all the necessary equipment for cooking.

 Eher dürftig geputzt. Keine funktionierende Kaffeemaschiene. Keinen Zapfenzieher und das in Italien, einem Weinland! Trotzdem, die Lage ist wunderschön und wir werden wieder kommen.

Nice accomodation, good value. Excellent view on lagune, even a small terrace. Kitchen good enough. Only a few minutes walk to the vaporetto. Going back in the evening takes a bit of planning, less vaporetto's go after 20.30.

wir haben uns in der ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, würden uns aber lieber eine investiton in einen neuen kühlschrank oder einen neuen bzw. befestigten duschhebel wünschen, als einen großformatigen flachbildfernseher, denn beeindruckende bilder gibt es vor der haustür für einen touristen mehr als genug zu erleben.
wir würden aber auf jeden fall bestimmt wieder auf dieses angebot der unterbringung in venedig zurückkommen.

Bei den Türglocken war der Name den wir auf den Unterlagen hatten nicht vorhanden. Wir wussten nicht wo läuten. Es war nicht geputzt (internes familiäres Problem). Wir gingen Nachtessen, dann war alles in Ordnung. Sonst ist die Wohnung ausgezeichnet und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Venedig.
