Charming recently restored flat in a comfortable position at the Giudecca Island, just a few steps from the Palanca boat stop. The apartment is elegantly furnished. The living room is very bright thanks to the large bow window from which you see the Venetian lagoon. The living room is furnished with a crystal table for six persons, a comfortable double sofa bed, a bookcase, a small table with TV, DVD player and satellite decoder. A small arch leads to the kitchenette completely equipped with fridge, freezer, four gas hobs, electric oven and a bread toaster. The bedroom has a large wrought iron double bed and a large cupboard with 8 doors. The bathroom, with marble walls, is equipped with shower and washing machine. The flat is on the second floor with lift and independent heating.

For arrivals after 07:00 pm a supplement fee of 30.00 euro is request.
Final cleaning (compulsory) to be paid locally: 35 euro.
