Life a cruise in a luxury suite on an ancient ship, but staying on the land, this is the romantic experience you have, if you enjoy comfort of the B&B. This apartment, completely restored in 2005, is settled in a palace built in ‘60 years. This palace was originally destined to become a luxury hotel and in its “Spacious” large halls, in its furniture and terraces it is perceptible even now this past atmosphere. Located in a most quiet zone of Lido di Venezia, it’s possible in its private terrace sunbathing or, when the shadows come, taking the meal, plunged into sea flagrance and waves music. This apartment, on the second floor (Lift), is in front of the sea. Equipped with air conditioning/heating, it is composed by: entrance, small kitchen (Electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven), bathroom, with bath and shower over the bath, large living room (Equipped with two beds and two put-me-up chairs) and spacious, panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.
The parking place is inside the garden of the property. Private beach (Accessible to a wheelchair with assistance). In the neighbourhood every kind of shops, restaurants, cook shop, laundry, etc. A 5 minutes walk takes you to “Mostra del cinema”, 15 minutes by public boat to St. Marc Square. Restaurant on the first floor with terrace overlooking the sea. Pets welcome - Radio music. The B&B requests a refundable deposit of E 150.00 on arrival.
MINIMUM BOOKING IS 7 NIGHTS DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST.

Es war gut, daß wir ageholt wurden, sonst hätten wir das Haus nie gefunden.
Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist verwirrend und unklar, sodaß man sich nicht eingeladen fühlt, das Haus zu buchen.
Schön war der Blick aufs Meer, incl. der unkomplizierten Bademöglichkeit. Für Menschen, die mehrere Tage Zeit haben, wäre es schön zu wissen, daß neben der Besichtigung Venedigs auch abendliche Badefreuden auf dem Programm stehen können.
