The apartment is composed by a wide living area with kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, electrical oven, fridge), 2 double rooms, one double and one twins, two bathrooms, both with shower.
Independent heating and air conditioned.
Welcoming service at the nearest vaporetto boat stop (from 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm)
For arrivals after 07:00 pm a supplement fee of 30.00 euro is request.

The outstanding balance is paid upon arrival at the accommodation or may be requested (totally or in part) by the proprietor several days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
* from 20 to 15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total rental price;
* from 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the total rental price;
* from 6 days to 1 day prior to the arrival date: 90% of the total rental price;
* the same day/ non-show: 100% of the total rental price.

Accueil et service parfaits, bel appartement, 2 chambres très confortables, cuisine très pratique
Sanitaires un peu exigus, tabourets dans la salle à manger peu confortables, peu de luminosité en général (mais pas gênant si vous êtes venus pour visiter Venise !)
