Bed & Breakfast MESTRE

This B&B is located in Mestre on the second floor of an old factory without an elevator. Bus stops that serve Venice airport, train stations and the center are less than 100 meters from the accommodation. The Bed and Breakfast is an attic with wood floors and exposed wood beams that offers four double rooms to which 1 to 3 beds can be added upon request. Each has private bath with shower and TV. They are large and have a panoramic view. Three also have balconies where guests can sun bath or read a book. Windows are thermal and completely sound proof. Each room also has heating and air conditioning. The B&B has a breakfast room and kitchen that guests are free to use, a safe and a PC with internet connection.

Graet place to stay-close to the communication to Venice, also at night. Well equipped kitchen with welcome milk and water in the fridge. Friendly and helpfull owner. We were staying 2 adults with 2 kids ( 12yrs) for 3 nights in one room with 2 additional beds.

mise à disposition d'un coin cuisine très apprécié pour la préparation des pique niques et de certains repas (côté économique intéressant). Gentillesse et discrétion des personnes gérant les lieux. Par contre chaleur étouffante pas de clim dans la cuisine située sous les toits et bonne clim dans les chambres mais un peu bruyante. Très bon rapport qualité prix, parking gratuit mais pas sécurisé, pas de déjeuner servi mais tous les jours nous avions droit à une bouteille d'"eau minérale et un litre de lait. Satisfait des prestations.

Le problème majeur est le fait qu'il n'y a pas de déjeuner d'inclus. L'emplacement est parfait car facile d'accès pour Venise et très belle partie de la ville.

nos hôtes ont été très serviables, même au-delà de la prestation, ils nous ont conseillé un garagiste et même accompagné, vraiment très gentils. Séjour très agréable, parking gratuit, cuisine à disposition, transport en commun très facile d'accès.
