The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic Venetian building in the center of the Arsenale neighborhood. The accommodation measures 55 sq meters, has air conditioning and TV. Guests have access to a double room with 2 sofa beds, full kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with shower.

To reach the suite guests can take vaporetto 52 from P.le Roma or from Ferrovia until the Celestia stop. One can also take vaporetto 41 from P.le Roma or Ferrovia until the Arsenal stop. It’s 3 minutes by foot from Celestia to the apartment or 7 minutes from Arsenal.

My only concern was that via email the host were aware we would be arriving at 11am and did not indicate that that may be an issue - we arrived later than that and were told we couldn't access the apartment until 12:30pm - we had to go and have a coffee (although we were permitted to leave our luggage in a secure area)

aucun soucis, bel appartement très agréable, bien placé.C'était vraiment super, à refaire? OUI ! Tout petits points négatifs: attendre 14h pour avoir les clefs (après une nuit de trajet) pas assez de linge de toilette et de cuisine pas de produit de première nécessite : huile, vinaigre ...etc...

We have been welcomed by Tiziana ,she took some time to explain things in Venice, where to go and restaurants to try despite the fact we arrived at 20H15 in the evening. Thank you so much for that. The appartment new, all equiped even with towels for all. It is really a nice place to stay. We were 4 adults people and it was perfect. 20 min walk from place St Marc and located in a nice, cosy and quiet area, we all really loved it. To sum up, perfect. Thank you.

Tiziana è stata veramente molto gentile. Ci ha dato dei consigli e quando abbiamo richiesto altri lenzuoli, era subito disponibile. Veramente una bella esperienza. L'unica cosa: il quartiere è un po' lontano dal centro e non facile da raggiungere. Nei dintorni non ci sono molti locali o trattorie. Ma nonostante ciò è stato un soggiorno fantastico.

El B&B es exacto como lo publican en la pagina. La ubicacion es buena despues de que uno se comienza a orientar dentro de las intrincadas calles de Venezia. Me encanto alojarme ahi y volveria encantada a quedarme de nuevo si volviera a Venezia

La prima considerazione è relativa al fatto che la struttura non prevede la colazione eppure è veicolata da un sito b&b. NON SAREBBE TANTO DIFFICILE PREDISPORRE UN SERVIZIO DI COLAZIONE. L'accoglienza è certamente buona. La Sig.ra disponibile e premurosa ti mette nella condizione di poter essere subito operativo nella visita della città e dispensa ottimi consigli per circuiti non turistici. Abbiamo riscontrato un non perfetto funzionamento dei fornelli, e ci permettiamo di evidenziare che potrebbero mettere a disposizione degli ospiti bagno schiuma e shampoo (poco sforzo per un buon servizio). Non sempre chi viaggia porta con sè il necessario per una doccia. Arrivare a destinazione e non potersi fare una doccia rilassante per mancanza di accessori è peccato. Nel complesso una sistemazione buona anche perchè inserita in un quartiere abitato da veneziani e quindi poco affollato anche se vicino all'arsenale bello da vedere e a cinque minuti da Piazza San Marco. RISPOSTA B&B ITALIA: Prima di tutto la ringraziamo per il suo feedback, ci teniamo comunque a precisare che la struttura in questione non è presentato come B&B ma come appartamento e che il necessario per fare la doccia, di regola, non deve essere fornito nè dal B&B nè dagli appartamenti.

Très bon appartement, bien placé. Quartier calme proche centre. Point d'amélioration (pour la chambre uniquement) : qualité du sommier, odeur d'évacuation des eaux. Il manque un contact en cas de problème. Le reste est parfait !!!! Merci !

Nous avons eu le petit appartement au premier étage pour 2 personnes, rien à dire dessus. De plus la situation géographique de l'appartement est nickel (15min à pied pour la place saint marc). Cependant, un peu bruyant dans les communs. A recommander!!

Wir haben zur 5 Leute eine Wohnung gemietet, Badezimmer war sehr sauber, sowie die Betten und die ganze Wohnung. Es war sehr pratisch und hilfreich 2 Schlüssel von der Wohnung zu bekommen, als auch unsere Gepäck am Tag der Abreise in dem Haus liegen lassen zu können. Der Gastgeber Pietro war sehr freundlich, am telefon immer erreichbar und er hat uns ein paar tipps in Venedig gegeben. Es was einfach sehr angenehm und wir haben unserer Aufenthalt deshalb sehr genossen !

El apartamento es precioso, las fotos no mienten para nada. La decoración es perfecta y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Además, nos atendieron mejor que en un hotel, sobre todo en lo que se refiere a la hospitalidad y las atenciones recibidas. Al ser una buhardilla, es cierto que en verano hace mucho calor, ¡¡pero tienen aire acondicionado!! ¡¡Qué más se puede pedir!! Perfecto. Repito, vamos, seguro!!

Abbiamo soggiornato brevemente, ma siamo stati colti con molta gentilezza dalla sig.ra Agia che ci ha dato molti consigli utili e spiegato con tanta passione le cose che potevano esserci utili, da come muoverci, dove andare ecc. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e siamo stati molto bene. La zona è tranquillissima ed era proprio questo che cercavamo. Situation idéale. Lieu très propre et avec un certain charme, sous les palfonds du dernier étage. Calme. Tout fonctionnait (climatisation, télévision...). Seul point faible : la literie. Il s'agit de canapés lits et ils ne sont pas très bons.

Es un barrio sin follón de turistas y con muy buenos servicios donde viven los venecianos.Tuvimos problemas para encontrar el alojamiento (la dirección no estaba nada clara en la reserva) y un nativo nos ayudó de maravilla.
