The house rises close to the square of the marvellous village called Asproli. The countryside and nature spread all over around the little and characteristic “borgo”. The house, near the church and the superb woods, is in a very good position, ideal for those people whom adore nature and animals but also for those whom are particularly interested in history and art. As a matter of fact, the house is only 8 km far from Todi (10 minutes by car), medieval town famous for its beauty, art and churches. Locate on the top of a hill, the house dominates the valley in which flows River Tiber (the famous river that runs in the middle of Rome). Hills full of woods are all around the village, wide fields intersects with the green. From the terrace of the house is possible to admire the town of Todi. The house has its rooms on the same floor. A long corridor brings from the entrance to the rest of the rooms: a big living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with all comforts (furnished with a small oven, plates, glasses and all you’d need in a kitchen), a bedroom with two sleeping accommodations and air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub. Other two sleeping accommodation are seated in the living room (a comfortable sofa bed), it’s also possible to have an additional bed in the bedroom or in the living room.
