We are literally immersed in Nature. Situated in the heart of Abbadia di Sicille reservation, whose main purpose is the repopulation the area’s fauna, ours is a precious panoramic outpost. In front of our estate extends a superb clearing surrounded by a dense forest from where roe dears, wild boars, porcupines, foxes and badgers appear on a daily basis. Our visitors can observe the animals from the terrace from a distance of about 100-200 meters, with binoculars that we provide. Animals usually appear in the morning or at sunset. Right at an acacia on our terrace, a woodpecker has built its nest, from where the little birds jump from the edge, learning to fly.

Accommodations

The mindset with which we offer our services at our estate, a manor of the early ‘800s adorned with an internal courtyard, is that of simplicity, peace and harmony. The location of our manor, its charm and particular features make it suitable to different styles of holiday.
Couples could enjoy romantic, historic and artistic visits in the surrounding cities and ancient towns or could relax in the thermal baths nearby.
Families will have the perfect place for their kids to play in a park and olive tree grove of about 15,000 square meters, where they can even try fishing in the little pond inside.
Groups of friends could have the perfect place for a fun and pleasurable vacation, enjoining the superb wine and food of Tuscany. Guests will better appreciate the beauty of our estate if they take advantage of our spacious dinning room decorated with a huge fireplace, where you can grill tasty Chianina IGP meat from the best local farms, accompanied by e selection of the best wines of the region.
Lastly, you can simply enjoy relaxed evenings where we can cater to your special requests: from typical Tuscan dishes to specific menus of fish, vegetarian or macrobiotic.
The apartment

The apartment is about 150 square meters, has three extremely spacious bedrooms and tthree bathrooms. One bathroom have jacuzi and mosaic' s shower.It has an independent entrance, living room and kitchen with microwave, fireplace, and a panoramic terrace. Could hold from 6 to 12 guests.
The price for the apartment start from 25,00 euro per person per night!!!!!!!
We have also 3 rooms. as B&B.
Suite
Our spacious suite is almost 35 square meters. Given its size, it could perfectly hold two additional single beds, becoming a comfortable and convenient stay for a family. Refined furnishings, top quality hardwood floors, raftered ceiling and a TV adorn the room.
Terre di Siena
A big and spacious room decorated with TV, top-notch olivewood floor, and a splendid rafted ceiling. The room is spacious enough to add two additional single beds. The private bath is modern with a crystal door shower.
Caprioli
This is one of our most panoramic rooms, with an wide view of the clearing and the forest. We have named the room after the roe dears that are often seen from the window. The room has a private bathroom in a refined rustic Tuscan style and crystal door shower.
Tulipani
The room has an olivewood floor, rafted ceiling and TV. It opens onto a wide panoramic terrace from where one can admire the elevated center of Sinalunga and the surrounding hills of Val di Chiana. The room has a modern, private bathroom with crystal doors shower.
Camera Sole
Spacious room with top-notch hardwood floors and a splendid rafted ceiling. It has a modern private bathroom with crystal door shower.




The Area

We are located on the crest between Val di Chiana e Val d’Orcia, right under Siena, in a particularly strategic location for the exploration of all of the south of Tuscany and most part of Umbria region. We are located at about 9 km away from the Val di Chiana-Bettolle-Sinalunga highway exit and are easily reached even though surrounded by forests. At about 10 km, one can reach Montalcino and the famous Pienza, the panoramic terrace of Val d’Orcia that you cannot miss.
In 15 km you can explore the South of Val di Chiana , with Lucignano and the incredible Cortona, or you can enter Val d’Orcia, until you reach Montalcino, at about 25 km away.
Less famous but as original and charming are the small towns of Montisi, Petroio and Castelmuzio at about 5-6 km away. A bit further away lay the charming and persuasive crete sensi hills with Asciano, San Giovanni d’asso and Rapolano.

Given the proximity to the highways and super ways, you can reach Siena in less than 30 minutes, the lake of Trasimeno in less than 15 minutes and Perugia in 40 minutes. Also, Arezzo is at about 20 minutes and Florence less than an hour.
