This B&B is in a great location within easy reach of the 'Pearls of the Gulf'. It is a great base for trips to the Cinque Terre and surrounding areas. 10 minutes from the b&b, visitors can reach the small village of Lerici with its romantic castle and beaches, Saranza with its fort and town centre that is famous for its 'Soffita in Strada' and antique fairs and La Spezia old town centre and shipping port for the ferry boats to Cinque Terre and the Palmaria Island. 20 minutes from the b&b are the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana, the famous Carrara marble caves and Portovenere with its castle, its historical villages and St. Peter's Church that has attracted generations of tourists. All these places of interest can be reached by public transport. The bus stop is just 100 metres and the Santo Stefano di Magra railway station 800 metres from the accommodation. For guests there is a small studio apartment that sleeps four, made up of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed with TV, DVD, refrigerator, air conditioning, and unmanned car park. Breakfast is offered at the nearby bar and includes a croissant or a cake, coffee or cappuccino and orange juice.
From this B&B it is also easy to get to the industrial areas and ideal for those on business trips who would prefer a warm family atmosphere to an anonymous hotel. Guests are welcomed by the entire family who are more than happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
