The estate is located at the foot of the tiny village of Balconevisi, in a pleasant valley encircled by hills of woods, olive trees and vineyards, sloping down softly towards fields of corn. The B&B includes a two-room flat for 4 persons on the ground floor comprising a double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen with a double sofa bed, and a twin bedroom fitted with private bathroom and satellite TV on the second floor. The colourful and youthful décor is in line with the rest of the house. The wherewithal for breakfast is left in the kitchen or served in the living room. It is an ideal starting point to explore the region most important art towns (Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence) as well as the Tyrrhenian beaches (Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia, Livorno, and Viareggio).
