This small village provides the opportunity to spend a dream vacation, immersed in countryside, in three farm houses known as Podere Perticato, Podere Montelodoli and Villa Zobi. Each house has been finely restored and is surrounded by a large garden with a pool. Perticato and Montelodilo are divided into apartments while Zobi is an independent Villa with a private swimming pool. All the apartments have characteristic ceilings with oak wood beams, terracotta floors, country style furniture and all the comforts. In the outdoor communal spaces guests can enjoy the pool, barbecue, equipment for eating outdoors and washroom with washing machine, iron board and iron. Podere Montelodoli is about 850 meters from the village of Fabbrica and is located on the top of a hill overlooking olive trees and grapevines. Guests can choose from a two-room apartment with large bedroom and living room with ample sofa bed. In the garden of the house there is a recently restructured stone barn equipped with a dining or meeting room, kitchen and small bathroom. Each apartment has an independent entrance, towels and sheets, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender/juicer, satellite TV, safe and independent heating. There is no breakfast service however guests can use the kitchen. The hosts of the accommodation offer a wine tour of their cellar and guests staying for extended periods receive a basket full of local products.
