Contrairement à nos précédents B&B italiens (Naples, Florence, Palerme, Catane, etc) nous sommes très déçus à Rome car durant notre séjour :
1/ nous n'avons vu qu'une seule personne (aimable, certes), une fois à notre arrivée, puis plus personne durant 10 jours pour écouter nos demandes et nos besoins.
Résultat : nous avons dû aller acheter nous-même du beurre, des fruits et du pain pour les petits déjeuners.
2/ personne n'est entré dans notre chambre pendant 9 jours;
résultat : nous avons dû préparer nous-même les petits dejeuners, laver la vaisselle, faire le ménage (sans aspirateur), le lit, nettoyer la salle de bain, nettoyer les toilettes, changer serviettes et draps (découverts par hasard dans un tiroir);
Enfin l'escalier de 2 étages très raide et sans ascenseur n'était pas signalé.
