The very nice apartment located in the center of Rome, at the 5th floor of an ancient building (with lift) just a few steps away from Via Veneto, can host up to 5 persons ad it is composed by:
- 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with cabin shower and washing machine, a big wardrobe, tv lcd;
- 1 bedroom with 3 beds, tv lcd, wardrobe;
- 1 bathroom with cabin shower;
- 1 kitchen/dining room fully equipped (gas stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dish washer), 1 extendable dining table (up to 6 persons), 6 chairs, tv lcd.
The refined apartment, renovated 2008, is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, iron, hairdryer, steel-clad door, linen.
All the most important city attractions are at walking distance (Via Veneto, Villa Borghese, Quirinale, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps), or extremely easy to get to.
Very close to Termini Railway Station and Metro Stops (8-10 minutes walking or 3 steps of bus: number 38 bus stop in the square just in front of the Termini Raiway Station).

La proprietaria di grande cortesia/gentilezza e compiacente, sempre raggiungibile,
il portinaio molto gentlile.
Ben raccomandabile per amici/conoscenti per soggiorno di una settimana o di piu`, situato centrale, ottimo per fare gite in tutte le direzione o a piedi o con mezzi di circolazione publici (bus, metro, treno).

 By car
From all directions, once in the vicinity of Rome, get on the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and take exit 8 “via Salaria”. Continue for about ten kilometers along via Salaria until you arrive downtown. Pass Corso d’Italia then turn right in Sicilia street then turn left in Quintino Sella street, go straight and at the end turn left in Flavia street then go straight, you mete Piave street, turn left and the second street on the left is Raffaele Cadorna street

From piazza dei Cinquecento, in front of the Termini Railway Station, take bus n. 38 and get off at the third stop in Piave street, cross the road and go right, after 20 meters there is Raffaele Cadorna street
