The Bed and breakfast is located on the first floor of a lovely old Umbertino style building in the Prati district, just a short walk (200 meters) from the Vatican. The B & B is about 100sqm restored and elegantly furnished with taste and attention to detail. It offers its guests three large bedrooms with the possibility of 3-4 beds on request.
Rooms are equipped with bath & bed linens, TV, stereo, DVD player, ceiling fan, radio, Internet access, air conditioning, & minibar. There are two shared bathrooms with showers always thoroughly cleaned, equipped with hairdryer, shampoo, bath soap, & hair straightener. A modern and colorful corner where you have the option of either self-service continental breakfast (milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, croissants, butter, bread, biscuits, jams, juices, yogurt) or a ticket for breakfast in the bar to the front of the structure (cappuccino, orange juice, croissant).
The fully equipped kitchen is available for use upon request with little additional cost. Enjoy a privileged position that allows you to reach on foot with a pleasant walk the main sites of tourist interest & culture (churches,museums, squares such as Piazza San Pietro, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Fountain Trevi, Campo dei Fiori, etc.)
The b & b is ideal for tourists, professionals, & students wishing to stay in the capital at very low prices compared to a hotel. ARREDAMENTO CARINISSIMO...UNICO NEO LA COLAZIONE: IL LATTE AL MATTINO, PORTATO IL POMERIGGIO DALLA RESPONSABILE, GIA ALLA SERA NON CE N'ERA PIU NEMMENO UN GOCCIO. NEL FRIGORIFERO IN CONDIVISIONE..PROBABILMENTE LA COPPIA NELL'ALTRA CAMERA SE LO E' APPROPPRIATO TUTTO, NON PENSANDO A DIVIDERLO CON ALTRI 5 INQUILINI!!!
