The b&b is just over Spanish Steps, opened on january 2006, after a complete reconditioning.
Each room has a private bathroom.
The price includes breakfast, air conditioning, internet ADSL, satellite television.
The b&b is accessible for disabled people.
The b&b is only 50 m from the Metro A (Spagna stop) and so it's easy to reach every zone of the town.
The b&b is in the heart of Rome; you can reach museums, archeological sites and shops in few minutes by foot. You can find many restaurants in less then 5 minutes by foot. Even in less than 5 minutes you can reach some thatres like Sistina, Sala Umberto, Quirino, Bagaglino and many cinemas.

il giudizio pessimo sul confort della camera riguarda il letto in quanto essendo lo stesso matrimoniale ma composto da due materasse dormendo le due materasse si dividevano e la cosa è alquanto scomoda!!! Per il resto tutto ok

 By car
The b&b is located in the Limited Trafic Zone (ZTL); so it’s reachable only before 6,30 am or after 6 pm. On Sunday the ZTL is not active.
On Saturday is not active before 2,00 pm. On Friday and Saturday you can’t enter from 11,00 pm to 3,00 am of the day after.
When the ZTL is active you can leave your car in the Ludovisi Parking (Ludovisi street, 60), only 300 m far from the b&b.

 By train
From Termini railway station: take the subway Metro A (1 euro) to Spagna square. Before the exit of the subway tunnel, on the left, there is an elevator that take sto Trinità dei Monti square; the b&b is at the corner with Trinità dei Monti square.
Otherwise we can take a taxi.
Disabled people in wheelchair can ask for our special Vans with an electric lift platform.

 By plane
From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport: take the train (Leonardo Express) that starts each half an hour from the airport to Termini railway station and costs 10 euros; then the subway Metro A (1 euro) to Spagna square (3 stops). Before the exit of the subway tunnel, on the left, there is an elevator that take sto Trinità dei Monti square; the b&b is at the corner with Trinità dei Monti square.
Otherwise we can call a driver for you: the cost depends on the number of persons and luggages (from 40 to 90 euros). Normal taxi costs 40 euros.
Disabled people in wheelchair can ask for our special Vans with an electric lift platform.
From Ciampino Airport: take the "Cotral" bus from the airport to Anagnina Metro A subway station.
Then the subway Metro A (1 euro) to Spagna square. Before the exit of the subway tunnel, on the left, there is an elevator that stops at Trinità dei Monti square; the b&b is at the corner with Trinità dei Monti square.
There is also a private service (Terravision) from the airport to Termini railway station: for timetable and prices you can look at the website Terravision.
Otherwise we can call a driver for you: the cost depends on the number of persons and luggage (from 40 to 90 euros). Normal taxi costs 30 euros.
