Small attic flat recently refurbished located on the third floor without lift of a quiet building dating back to the early 1900s. The apartment is made up of double bedrooms all with windows with a view : one double bedroom and one double with single beds. Bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace with table and chairs where guests can have breakfast and spend time relaxing under the roman sun. Hairdryer and iron from sti, TV LCD available. The apartment is situated near the famous University Luiss Guido Carli, the Policlinico Umberto I and the University La Sapienza. The bus lines stop 38 36, 84, 62, 80 is at 100 m from the B&B and take directly to the various tourist spots .Villa Paganini and Villa Torlonia are a short walking distance.
Breakfast is not included and guests have free access to the kitchen. Guests can also avail of a coffee machine and various mix for making cappuccino and chocolate, as well as drinks and snacks.

Un logement très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut et une terrasse bienvenue pour prendre le soleil...tout cela dans un quartier calme et proche du centre ville...un week end de Pâques sublime.

accueil incroyable, appartement de caractère et bien situé, grande terrasse et superbe vue
seul inconvénient : 80 marches à monter pour y arriver donc pas pour personnes âgées ou ayant des difficultés de locomotion
