The apartment of 53 sqm. recently refurbished is situated in Trastevere, one of the most typical and characteristic district of Rome Trastevere, in a housing complex of particular architectural interest dating back to the '50s
The housing is at the first floor (no elevator) of a three floors building, located on a street closed to traffic and away from the bustle of nightlife.
It consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hallway.
The comfortable and bright living room is furnished with all amenities (dining table, TV and library guides) and is also equipped with a sofa bed for a square and a half that SUITABLE ONLY for an adult or two children aged under 14 years.
The kitchen, wood and marble, is made of nontoxic materials and is treated in detail and offers everything you need for breakfast and to cook and is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mocha coffee.
The bedroom is bright with soft and soothing colors and has a double french bed, a large closet and a safe.
The bathroom is complete with all amenities: bath with shower, bidet, hairdryer and laundry parts, is also a iron and ironing board and clothes line and on-demand use of washing machine (fee).
For guests is available a telephone sim card, the Italian operator (borrowed and traffic excluded).
The apartment is located a short distance from the main places of cultural interest. A walk along roads with no traffic, are just a few minutes the main sights in Rome: St. Peter's Basilica, the alleys of Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Venezia, Campo de 'Fiori, Piazza Farnese , the Pantheon. , All within walking distance or in connection with a few bus stops. and well connected by public transport.
With a few bus stops you can reach the famous market Portaportese aTrastevere or neighborhoods that are home to large facilities dedicated to the music (the Auditors) and sport (the Olympic Stadium and Flaminio Stadium).

 Very quiet in a very nice place in center town, you don't need buses you can go every where by feet. Very confortable and convenient too ! We loved the appartement!

The apartment was quite charming, with a very pleasant leafy courtyard and very little traffic noise despite its central location. The hospitality of the hosts was exceptionally generous.

Appartamento delizioso nel cuore di Roma, tranquilo e silenzioso. No colazione ma un'ottima cucina ben attrezzata. Ottimo per soggiorni di un po' più lunghi del weekend.
Unico neo l'assenza di internet.

 By car
Once near Rome, take the Freeway Ring Road and exit at n ° 1 Aurelia towards the center / Vatican City. Take the Aurelia until you reach the Cornelia beltway and from there via Gregorio VII until you arrive in lungotevere gianicolense then turn onto Via della Lungara. In other case by the freeway ring road you can take the exit n ° 21 (Tuscolana) or No. 23 (Appia) towards the city center, then from San Giovanni place take via Amba Aradam, then via Durso, Via delle Terme di Caracalla and Via dei Fori Imperiali, Via dei Cerchi to reach Lungotevere of Tebaldi. By train, get off at Termini Station then take bus line 64 or 40 until the stop of the New Church. Cross C.so Vittorio Emanuele and take Via dei Cartari head towards Tiber. Cross the bridge Giuseppe Mazzini and get in the way of via della Lungara. Head to the right until you cross Via degli Orti d'Alibert. You have arrived!
