That was good and the location allows to go everywhere in Roma quite easily ! Only dark point, the breakfast that was almost inexistant.
Good address for a couple with small budget bt still wants to have a romantic trip

From the GRA of Rome on the Via Laurentina exit (exit 25) towards the city center, then the intersection of Via Cristoforo Colombo, turn left (onto the middle lane but not the side) and immediately right towards Viale Marconi , go straight until Piazzale della Radio, another 100 meters and pass under a railway tunnel, after which the first right is Via Angelo Bellani. At number 45 is the B & B.
