The Bed and Breakfast is located on the first floor of an ancient palace dating back to the early 1900s, situated in Trastevere one of the most ancient and characteristic district of Rome. The apartment is elegantly furnished with antiques; it offers a spacious master bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Breakfast is served in the living room. The bus stop just 30 m away links the B&B to the old town centre as does the Metro from Trastevere railway station that is 700 m away.

 The host is a very kind lady who likes to take care of her guests: she prepares a superb breakfast that is served in a nice furnished room. Also the room where we slept had lovely furnishing & decoration. Romantic Italian is how I would subscribe it, with paintings on the wall and nice wooden tables.
The shower & bathroom were very clean, and we had it for ourselves; could leave our things there.
One should not expect flexibility. Breakfast was between 7 and 9, no exceptions.
The lady lives in the apartment herself as well, and offers multiple rooms for B&B.
