The B & B is located in Rome's Tiburtina district in a newly renovated building 60 two steps from Tiburtina Station in Rome area 1.5 km east to the University of Rome La Sapienza, with its 148,000 members is the most university 'largest in Europe, near the San Lorenzo District, the destination of tourists and university students (Old Town), a strategic point of typical Roman restaurants. A few steps away is the San Lorenzo Basilica Outside the Walls - Church of the fourth century.
Several shopping centers are located in zone: City Centre Commercial Auchan, Panorama Mall and countless shops located on the Via Tiburtina.

 Obwohl wir extra die Zeit angeben mussten, zu der wir anreisen, war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort, und erst eineinhalb Stunden später erreichten wir den Betreiber telefonisch.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr gut, allerdings wurde in den folgenden sechs Tagen des Aufenthalts nicht mehr geputzt. Auch die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, auch wenn sie noch so dreckig waren. Toilettenpapier und Seife mussten mehrmals angefordert werden, bevor sie nachgefüllt wurden.
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns bestätigt dass die Zimmer über einen Safe verfügen, vor Ort erfuhren wir dann aber dass dem nicht so ist.
Der Betreiber spricht kein Deutsch und fast kein Englisch, nur Italienisch und Spanisch.
Das "Frühstück" bestand aus zwei abgepackten Scheiben Zwieback, einer Portion Marmelade, einer Tasse Tee oder Milch (Kaffee gibt es allerdings so viel man will gratis) und einem Glas Orangensaft. Das Besteck musste oft ebenfalls speziell angefordert werden.
