Very safe, clean and frendly environment.
Has a very good location near the main train station Termini and 30 meters from the bus and underground station.
The frendly and helpful staff will be happy to organize best of your holidays.
The rooms décor is unfussy and soothingly homey favoring wooden furniture in earthy hues; rooms have high ceilings, tilled floors, functional furniture and represent an excellent value for money.

 Disturbing noise in the evening and night. The noise was on the street.
I could not sleep. With the windows closed it was stuffy in the room, poor ventilation. It made me sick

From Highway: In proximity of Rome, take the G.R.A. going out in direction Tiburtina (exit 14) and continue for Rome center, S. Giovanni, then Termini/Castro Pretorio.

There is a direct train from the airport to Termini Station that costs € 14,00. We are only 5 minutes by walk from the station.
Exit the train station by track 1, walk straight for four blocks along Via Vicenza and turn left on to Via Palestro.
