The B&B is a family owned and operated guest house situated in the middle of the famous Holy Triangle of the most important churches in the Imperial Rome area: San Giovanni in Laterano Church, Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.
It is a perfect solution for all travellers that want to visit Rome and to be in the town center at the same time .
The B&B is in a very strategic position: it is only 10-15 minutes far from the Colosseum and the archeological areas, only 300 metres far from San Giovanni in Laterano Church and just two underground stops (line A - the red one) far from Termini station.
It offers two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
The B&B is just in front of the underground stop called "Manzoni" (line A - the red one), in one of the most safe places of the city, where you can always walk without problems.
We offer you the best collaboration to insure you a pleasant and relaxed stay: we can organize conducted tours, or book for you plays and restaurants.
If you want, a fee shuttle service is available from and to ports and airports of Rome.

Das Bad war in einem schlechten Allgemeinzustand (z.B. Schimmel in der Dusche) und auch oft unsauber. Drei Zimmer haben sich ein Bad geteilt - dafür war inmal am Tag Reinigen dann etwas knapp und am WE wurde nur einmal gereinigt. Sonst war das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit/ sehr sympathisch, so das wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. und zu dem Preis war alles ok! Wir würden wieder kommen! Die Buchung hat auch gut geklappt - war alles insgesamt sehr unkompliziert und gelungen.

séjour en février: chambre spacieuse mais pas d'espace autre que le lit pour s'asseoir, une seule table et une lampe de chevet pour deux, salle de bain pour plusieurs chambres et pas d'emplacement pour pendre les serviettes de bain dans la chambre. Dans le hall qui fait office de salle à manger deux tables (40/40) et tabourets de bar et une minuterie donc se relever toutes les 3 minutes pendant petit déjeuner pour éclairage car pas de fenêtre. Situation idéale, près de Termini (1/4 à pied ou 2 stations métro) et devant une station métro. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, très gentils et très serviables. ceci est une critique positive afin d'améliorer l'accueil avec quelques accessoires simples. nous sommes aussi propriétaires de chambres d'hôtes en France, charente maritime.
