This Bed and Breakfast is located on the first floor of an historic palazzo in the renown San Giovanni neighborhood. The apartment has been completely restored and is 100 meters from the Re di Roma subway station on the A line. Buses are also conveniently located nearby which bring guests to the city center in minutes. Within walking distance are Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano and a few subway stations away both Parco dell'Appia Antica di Villa Lazzaroni and Parchi dell'Acquedotto Romano can easily be reached.
The neighborhood is a hotbed of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, and has a very active nightlife.
There are three doubles and one triple room all of which have air conditioning, stylish furnishings, a spacious bathroom with shower to be shared, and a well stocked kitchen the friendly owner opens to guests. The self-service breakfast can be eaten in the kitchen or in the rooms.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, bien situé.
Le seul bémol du séjour c'est que c'est un premier étage qui donne sur une boulangerie ouverte une bonne partie de la nuit ce qui permet de suivre les conversations animées de nos amis noctambules. Mais bon rien d'insupportable non plus.
