Ideal for a lovely Roman holiday, this B&B is a short walk from the famous San Giovanni in Laterano Basilica and well served by the Metro that stops 300 metres from the accommodation and buses at 30 metres. On the 7th floor of an old building with lift, this beautiful attic has a spacious terrace with a view of the Basilica.

For guests there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (can be double), a triple bedroom, a WC and a spacious shared bathroom with tub and shower cubicle, a cosy living room that leads onto the terrace that has table and chairs. Bed linen and towels provided by the owner are sanitized and cleaned by professionals with anti-mite and hypo-allergenic producuts.

Breakfast is not provided as guests can make use of kitchen.

A parte un piccolo qui-pro-quo con il bagno... l'appartamento e la stanza a noi assegnata sono davvero belli, confortevoli e puliti. La zona è bella, comoda con i mezzi soprattutto la metro. E' stato un piacevole soggiorno!

Wir hatten leider kaltes Wasser und eine Toilette lief fast über .Dies konnte, da Wochenende war nicht behoben werden. Ansonsten war alles okay
