Our house is located in a central residential area, quiet and elegant, full of typical restaurants and pizzerias where dinner. Is ideal for those wishing to stay indipendent.
The house is confortable warm and bright, in the ground floor of a beautiful building (1929).
The bedroom has a double bed (120 cm) and there is also a sofa bed for a child aged up to 12 years ( contact the Booking centre for assistance), a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet-bidet, TV, air conditioning and electric heater.
Located a few meters away from the new B1 Underground (opening February 2012), and the bus lineas of Corso Trieste - Via Nomentana and the Main Street Station direct to Termini Station and Tiburtina Station and that allow you to easily reach the most important sights such as St.Peter and the Vatican Museums, Castel S.Angelo and the beautiful Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Trinita dei Monti.
In a few minutes walk you arrive to the Catacombs of S.Agnes (third century AD) and the Mauoleum of Santa Costanza (fourth century AD). The house is located a stone's throw from the University LUISS and Mirafiori, Villa Torlonia and Villa Paganini, the historic Coppedè and Piazza Caprera, but is also close to Villa Borghese, Porta Pia and the new Museum of Contemporary Art Macro.
