The Bed and Breakfast is located on the 2° floor in a modern building, in a residential area in the Green District of Montesacro. The b&b guarantees relaxation and tranquillity a short distance from the Center. Well connected by public transportation and easily reachable by car from the motorway, has a private parking (on request).
At guests ' disposal a private apartment, renovated in 2010 and furnished in modern style. The structure is composed of a bedroom, spacious living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine (hair dryer included). In the living room (with tv) opens a large kitchenette, fridge, electric oven, cutlery and cookware, for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment offers a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 beds. For the fourth person are calculated € 15,00.
