Our B&B is located in a green area of the east zone of the capital, at the entry of the Cervelletta regional park, where runs the river Aniene (from which the name of the district "Colli Aniene", a silent oasis in the city).
The apartment, renewed and redrawn in 2007, is on the second floor inside a building of the years '80, completely restructured in 2009, with cars parking.
It's available for you a double room with a matrimonial bed, furnished in modern style with complements coming from the south of the world, particularly from the South America.
It's dotated with private heating system, conditioned air (warm/cold), desk with internet connected pc h24, wifi zone, tv and radio. The bathroom, vivaciously colored and in contemporary style, is private and outside the room, with shower and hair-dryer.
The common area of the B&B has a balcony, with table and chairs, with a view on the park; two cycle are avaible for you during your journey.
We will be pleased and available to go with you on personalized tour inside the eternal city and/or his neighbour.

From the exit 14 of the G.R.A. center direction, take the urban highway A25 Roma/Pescara. Go out at the first exit, Palmiro Togliatti, direction Tiburtina street. To the semaphore, turn to the right and after 1 km turn to the right again.

The structure is located at about 20 minutes from theTiburtina station and 30 minutes from the Termini station, reachable through the line B of the subway (stopped Santa Maria del Soccorso) and few stops of bus.

From the airport Leonardo da Vinci take about 45 minutes by auto/taxi. From the airport of Ciampino take about 25 minutes by auto/taxi. From both the airports exist direct connections to the Termini and Tiburtina station.
