The B&B is situated in the heart of Rome between piazza Monte della Pietà and the famous Sisto Bridge
The apartment is quiet and central , from there you can walk in every historical sites: piazza Farnese, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Vatican Area, Trevi fountain ,Spanish Steps, Fori Romani and Colosseo.

Around you can find Pizzerie, restaurants, stores, pubs and coffee-bar. Wash and dry , internet point, bank and change point.
At guests's disposal two double rooms. THe first is on the 2nd floor without lift and has a king size bed , a little living room to make the breakfast, private bathroom, independent entrance and a private balcony in front of Palazzo Spada(1500) ; ceilings are wooden coffered original (1600) and the apartment have a original stone’s arcs.
The second room is on the first floor of a building dating back to the 1600s and has a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a kitchenette. The two rooms are located in two different but adjacent buildings, separated only by one street number.
You will also find: air-conditioning, tv sat, hair-dryer , iron, first-aid , soap and shampoo, dvd-usb, safe, fridge, microwave, coffee espresso machine and all the foodstuff to prepare the self-service breakfast ( milk, diffrent kind of teas, coffè, bread, croissants, butter, jam, yogurth, fresh fruits, water)
PV is run by a couple of young Romans who loves to take good care of their guests.

Ce studio est idéalement situé au coeur de Rome: nous avons pu explorer la ville à pied.
L'accueil de notre hôte et ses conseils pour les restaurants ont été excellents. La formule "studio" laisse de la liberté mais ne permet pas de tisser des liens au quotidien avec nos hôtes mais nous avons passé un délicieux séjour dans notre "home" très propre et pratique.
