Well connected with the city center by Underground Station Eur Marconi 300 meters and BUS 714 200 meters. We are also reachable from the Air Terminal Ostiense by Bus 761 that stops 50 meters from the residence.
Near to the Eur convention center at the Sports Palace, the structure can reach Colosseum in 10 minutes by car.
All rooms are new and equipped with bathroom with shower, LCD satellite TV, safe box, mini bar, telephone and free WiFi internet access.

Servizio e stanza molto confortevoli e superiori alla media.
Stanze arredate finemente e con spaziosissimo bagno in camera, tv piatto, frigobar e connessione internet gratis. Devo dire che ho pagato per una matrimoniale veramente poco e quindi rapporto qualità-prezzo OTTIMO. Da segnalare che è vicinissimo (5 min. a piedi) alla metro B "Eur Marconi". Oltretutto è molto vicino (5 min. a piedi) al Centro Selezioni della Polizia di Stato sito in via "SALITA DI FORTE OSTIENSE” e circa 15 min. dalla stazione Eur Magliana (5 min a piedi fino alla metro Eur Marconi ed una fermata metro direzione Laurentina).
Personale presente h 24 è molto cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi mia richiesta (ho chiesto che mi servissero la colazione alle 06:45). Unico neo: di notte sta una donna che parla poco l' italiano ma che comunque con un pò di fatica si fa capire e capisce. La colazione inclusa e soddisfacente.

Buon giorno,alla mia compagna che chiedeva (ma e proprio li che dobbiamo andare?)ho risposto (dai che ce la possiamo fare).Non e stata confortevole come stanza,perche veramente piccola e la finestra del bagno si apriva direttamente sul locale dove facevamo tutti colazione al mattino.Sicuramente li non tornerei,pero il vostro servizio e eccellente in fase di rganizzazione e di questo terro conto per il futuro,grazie e saluti Narciso
