This B&B is on the first floor of a modern building in the Aurelio neighbourhood, just 20 metres from the Line A Baldo degli Ubaldi Metro station. For guests there are two bright, spacious double rooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower and one triple bedroom with double bed and single bed with a bathroom outside the room. All the rooms have satellite TV, air-conditioning and on request, a child's cot. The owner has decorated the house in white and pastel colours. Breakfast is served in the living room or in the bedroom as guests prefer.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber, reichliches Frühstück. Wenn alle Zimmer belegt sind, ist der kleine Frühstückstisch jedoch nicht ausreichend und auch in der Küche können nur maximal 2 Personen gleichzeitig hantieren. Aber zur Not kann man sich ja das Frühstück auch mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Badezimmer war auf dem Flur, wurde aber nur von uns benutzt. Die Metrostation ist praktisch direkt vorm Haus und man ist nur wenige Stationen vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Gleich nebenan gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Sowohl von der Lage als auch vom Komfort her ein sehr empfehlenswertes B&B.

B & B situato in luogo molto facile da raggiungere e per potersi muovere faciilmete
sempre e ovunque.- Molto buona e soddisfacente la prima colazione !
