The house was renewed by an architect, that realized a fusion between the modern and the ancient style of the typical roman houses (wooden ceiling, parquet, kitchnette, bathroom renewed in modern style). It's a big room, with a double bed loft upstairs, big armchairs separating the bed area from the entry, and a downstairs area with a table and for chairs, a sofà-bed and a little bed if needed. The kitchen is completely fitted. The private bathroom is inside the apartment, furnished with towels, hair-drier, and a big box-shower. Air conditioning , tv, iron and washing machine are inclused. This house is often requested also for long periods. Perfect for couples but for families too.

The manager is an expert, as his profession in the last 20 years was just the receptionist in many hotels of the center town.
