Thanks to its breathtaking location next to Piazza di Spagna and very close to Via Margutta and Via dei Condotti, our Guest House is the perfect place to fully enjoy the Eternal City at its finest. Staying with us, you will be enjoying everything Rome has to offer: unique and world-famous history, world-class art and culture, great shopping and wonderful food.

Located on the third floor (large lift available) of a historic building and recently renovated, our Guest House represents the ideal location where one can truly appreciate the convenience of being in the city center while enjoying its quiet elegance at a moderate price.

Our three double rooms (two with king size bed and one with single beds) have their own private bathroom, with shower and hair-dryer. TV, radio and wi-fi internet. They are heated and ventilated and a frigobar is there. They are furnished in simple, nord-european style.

A kitchen corner hosts italian breakfast and is available to cook simple dishes. On early check-in or late check-out you can leave your luggage in the facility.

The relaxed atmosphere is meant to go along with your elegant stay in the most exclusive part of town.
