This B&B is in the on 7th floor, with lift , of a building in the Appio neighbourhood. It comprises three double bedrooms (two of them may have a third extra bed - please contact the Call Centre for assistance) , all furnished in a simple and cosy style. The bathroom is shared. Instead of breakfast being served, guests can use the kitchen where all the wherewithal can be found. The Parco degli Acquedotti is a public park in Rome. It is named after the aqueducts, crossed on one side by the Aqua Felix and containing part of the Aqua Claudia and the remains of Villa delle Vignacce. The park is served by the subway stations Lucio Sestio and Giulio Agricola (line A).

From Dec. 31 to Jan. 2nd it is possible to check-in within 1p.m

For reservations with arrival on Easter Sunday check-in is not later than 10.00 am

Unter der Bezeichnung Bed & Breakfast hätten wir uns mehr Frühstück vorgestellt. Wir waren vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft- das Frühhstück wurde von der Vermieterin am ersten Tag für den gesamten Aufenthalt in den Frühstücksraum / Kühlschrank gestellt. Wir haben dann lieber unser Frühstück in einem Supermarkt um die Ecke besorgt (sogar den Espresso, da der in der Wohnung vorhandene nicht genießbar war).
Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir haben jeden Morgen und Abend die Aussicht vom Esstisch aus genossen.
Die von der Vermieterin empfohlene Pizzeria ist übrigens sehr gut (Familienbetrieb).
Mit der U-Bahn kann man alles sehr gut erreichen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde leider einen Tag lang im öffentlichen Nahverkehr gestreikt und wir saßen in dem Vorort fest. War aber auch nicht so schlimm, da wir dann einfach die nähere Umgebung erkundet haben.
Nach Bezug der Unterkunft haben wir die Vermieterin nicht mehr gesehen, was aber auch nicht schlimm war. So haben wir uns wie in der eigenen Wohnung gefühlt.
