Deep in the heart of the ancient part of Rome, the flat is a few minutes far from the Colosseo, the Roman Forum, the Capitol and the Quirinale, and in the nearness of Termini central station; it has been built in the first Roman rione, surrounded by medieval buildings and baroque churches.
The building is inside a limited vehicular traffic area (ZTL), but near to its borders, and it’s so easily accessible, joining the advantages of nearness to primary city streets to the silence of the ancient alleys.
The flat has been completely and recently renewed, furnished, and is provided with a central air conditioning system; it is situated in a wide and sunny courtyard with many well kept flowerbeds all around.
The flat surface is about 55 sq. Meters, with bed arrangement up to three guests in two wide and silent rooms, with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with a wide washbasin, a wc, a bidet, an hydromassage shower and a towel warmer.
Also available is a satellite lcd TV set and broadband Internet WI-FI access.
The lift is accessible to disabled and the inner way tho the flat entrance has no obstacle such as slopes or steps.

 soggiorno bellissimo, appartamento a due passi dal colosseo, ottimo come tranquillità, servizi e accoglienza. Noi eravamo con una bimba di 5mesie ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Assolutamente raccomandabile

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento è bello,comodo e funzionale. La zona in cui si trova è bella e tranquilla. E' da tenere sicuramente in considerazione per un altro eventuale viaggio a roma.
