The B & B is a nice apartment-loft elegantly renovated in 2011, which is situated on a quiet residential building. It allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay in a strategic area of the city, away from traffic and surrounded by green areas, from which you can easily reach all major sights of Rome (Trastevere-center-catacombs of Generosa-Fiumicino airport- shopping center and park leonardo da vinci-cinema-golf).
The connection to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and railway stations of Trastevere and Ostiense is excellent.A 20 meters from our B & B is a bus route that will take you downtown.
The B&B has two independent rooms and booked separately, air conditioning, heating and kitchen facilities. One room has a safe. The bathroom is shared, has a shower, window and hairdryer.
That's why the B & B is the ideal solution for families or a group of friends.
Children under 3 years stay free of charge, on request the owners provide cot, high chair and chair lifts.
Possibility of free transportation from the train station to the B&B.

From Termini station take the underground line B and get off at Piramide. Here take the train FM1 Fiumicino airport direction and get off at Magliana.

From Fiumicino airport take the FM1 train direction and get off at Trastevere Magliana (about 15 minutes)
From Ciampino airport take the train to Termini station, from here take Metro line B stop Piramide. Continue with the FM1 train and get off at Magliana.
