The B&B is located on the 6th floor with lift of a renovated building of the 30', it has a two rooms, one with inbuilt bath, a nice terrace where to stay and relax. Situated within walking distance from Termini Station (200 meter or approx. 650 feet) and "Sapienza" University it is near bus stops 100 m away and the Termini subway station (A and B line). The english Ambassy is 500 m away.
The self-service breakfast buffet is consumed in the room or on the terrace, or in the common room, at your choice. The kitchen is reserved only for who has a kid.

Sehr gut Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Die Dachterasse ist toll, hier kann mann nach einen langen Tag gut auschillen. In unmittelbarer Nähe preisgünstige Restaurants.

Situation idéale (à 2 min de Termini) ; accueil très cordial ; chambre spacieuse et sdb très propre ; terrasse magnifique avec vue sur les toits de Rome (6ème étage) ; tranquilité la nuit et excellent petit-déjeuner (très copieux par rapport à ce qu'on peut avoir habituellement en Italie !)
