An independent apartment located on the upper floor of an early nineteen hundred’s building in the "DELLE VITTORIE" neighbourhood which has a typically nineteenth century feel to it.

The Ottaviano-San Pietro Metro station is 600 metres away and bus routes 32, 628 and 280 lead to all parts of the city and stop just 50 metres from the apartment.

For guests there is a comfortable apartment that is practically and tastefully furnished. It is made up of a double bedroom (can become 2 singles and an extra bed can be added), a twin bedroom, a living room for reading and watching TV, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. An agreement can be made with a nearby carpark.

Recommended for those seeking complete independence.

We absolutely loved it! We stayed 6 nights.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, beautiful and functional. The beds are very comfortable. The ceilings in rooms are very high. The kitchen has all necessary for cooking and more!

The location is walking distance from the metro (on the bike lane shaded by trees, separate from traffic -- very nice walking, about 15 min to the metro) and Vatican (another 5-7 min) (or a short bus ride 32 or 271 to the metro Ottaviano -- there is another station nearby, but we somehow ended up using Ottaviano).

The hosts (Patrizia and her husband) were wonderful -- arranged a very reasonable priced taxi for us from the airport, waited for us at night (we arrived after 10pm), gave us advice on what to visit and maps, left us a lot of food for breakfast, cake and wine, even though it's not a bed and breakfast, but an apartment! Lots of pillows, towels, blankets -- in short we felt very welcome.

The best part is that the apartment is located in the quiet part of town, so it was nice to come back after hectic (but amazing) Rome.

Tip: to escape the heat and crowds once in a while, a great walk is on the river banks (down the steps) -- it's surprisingly tranquil and cool there.

Il s'agissait d'un appartement. Un balais nous aurait permis de faire un peu de ménage aprés le petit déjeuner! Mais il n'y en avait pas....
Pour le reste, tout était trés bien.
