You will find us on Via Merulana, between the Basilica of Saint Mary Major and the Basilica of St. John Lateran. We are also well connected to the rest of the city, thanks to the wide choice of public transport available, including the metro and several bus routes. The direct area offers great eateries, theatres, museums and shopping amenities.

B&B comprises of 8 guest rooms, all clean and well equipped including satellite TV. We offer several types of room sizes, from singles to quadruples, and an Italian breakfast is included. Six rooms have private bathroom and two rooms share a bathroom. Other services include free internet, Wi-Fi and a 24-hour check in.
