The Residence Resort is a new extensive resort (5 hectares) built in the midst of a naturalistic oasis boarding the "Parco di Veio". The residence is a small paradise in the outskirts of Rome, well connected to the city centre by train (line FM 3).
There are 45 Mini- apartments in , soberly furnished and with private front yards. The 40/45 sq.m. lodgings, all with private bathroom and kitchenette, offer the best in comfort and technology . Equipped with satellite TV, voice mail telephone, air conditioning, alarm, parking, fax and mail service, wi-fi connection ,they welcome up to 3 people.
A private wide swimming pool is at guests' disposal from June. The real attraction is the animal park featuring "special guests" such as ostrich, emus, vietnamese pigs, ponies and ducks, herons and geese quietly cruising the natural ponds: all conjuring up a fairy tale atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

Exit Cassia of the G:R:A: (Ring road) right turn, Viterbo direction. Approximately 1 km drive take the right turn on Via della Giustiniana. After 3km along the road you will reach the entrance of the resort at number 906 of Via della Giustiniana (left hand side).
